Draft GSP Available for Public Review and Comment August 9 – September 9

The six Groundwater Sustainability Agencies for the Tracy Subbasin have a released a Notice of Intent to Adopt the Groundwater Sustainability Plan.

The draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan will be available for public review and comment this Monday, August 9 through Thursday, September 9. Starting August 9, interested parties will be able to view and download a copy of the GSP on the GSP Documents page of the Tracy Subbasin website.

There are three ways to provide comment on the draft plan:

  1. Submit your comment using the virtual public comment form (preferred). The form includes a section to upload attachments.
  2. Email your comment to Matt Zidar at mzidar@sjgov.org. In the subject of the email, please write “Tracy Subbasin GSP Comment”.
  3. Mail your comment to:

The Groundwater Sustainability Agencies are holding a public workshop on the content of the draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan and public comment process on Tuesday, August 10 from 5:30 – 6:30 PM via Zoom.
