Meetings

The Groundwater Sustainability Agencies coordinate the preparation of annual reports and the implementation of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Tracy Subbasin through its Coordination Committee. The Coordination Committee is composed of members representing the six Groundwater Sustainability Agencies in the Tracy Subbasin. The committee now meets monthly from January to June on the third Thursday of the month and quarterly July to December on the third Thursday of one month in each quarter of the year unless otherwise noted. Members of public are invited to attend committee meetings and provide comment on matters applicable to the management of the region’s groundwater resources.

In recent years, the monthly Coordination Committee meetings were only held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Going forward, the Coordination Committee meetings will continue to be held virtually unless otherwise notified. The Zoom meeting link and call-in information will be made publicly available on the Tracy Subbasin website via the meeting agenda and materials packet and will aim to be distributed to the interested parties list via email at least 72-hours in advance of the meeting.
